Stardock has no hand in determining what sort of copy protection localization publishers will employ. Such as Snowball/1C who publish GalCiv in russistan (and since Demnogonis is IIRC latvian, chance are, he's using just that, russian version by Snowball). And they nearly always use Starforce. Understand now?
