It seems that the sub-forums now only list threads that go back to March. The older threads are still there and can be searched for, but they are just not listed. What gives?

Like the Greek govt., Taluntain and DU imposed the austerity measures of no more search function upon us, while asking for bail-out money, which they received. We just gave them more bail-out money and they're just cutting services further.

Unlike the Greek case, however, it's lose lose for us. We pay and get fucked.

Basically, search engines would visit us every other day and re-index everything just to see if any of it had changed. That put unnecessary load on things. As has been said, the posts are still there we just changed the default to the last 3 months (and then I had to fix a bug).

Search has also been re-enabled. Only keyword search refers you to google now.

Thanks DU. Is there some way to have the in-built search still work for a combination of keywords AND poster? or is the problem with keywords being involved in any way?
