You can't be serious. I've lost count of the times I got my ass chewed off my pinkies while the reload animation's playing out.

For me it's the railgun from Q3A.

But it destroys long range cruiser with two shots!

Crusader's 2-handed axe +1 in Wiz7 was very memorable. Such good weapon for early game.

Also Muatra, but I wouldn't dare to wield it.

StG-44 in Red Orchestra. It feels like you're a supersoldier from the future whereas everyone has BB guns or bolt-action rifles.

Also any sniper rifle in any game ever.

Katana in VTMB. It's so ambiently contradictorily sexiness, especially with Velvet Velor in red.

Minicrossbow in DeusEx. It's a challenge, and I almost always out of tranq darts.

Ithaca shotgun (the very first) in Fallout Tactics. The doubleshot is so very useful until you can get burst-capable shotgun in early-middle game. AK47 too.

M16A4 rifle with ACOG plus AN/PEQ-2 IR laser
Mk16 Mk4CQ/T (has optics with adjustable magnification)
Mk48 machinegun with Aimpoint plus AN/PEQ-2 IR laser
M110 sniper rifle with night vision or thermal optics
SVD Dragunov (cool rifle because it has both optics and close quarter combat ironsights)

UT99:
Flak cannon
Machinegun
Rocket launcher

Doom:
Double-barreled shotgun
Plasma rifle

Fallout:
That automatic rifle with optics whatsitzname

did like the stake gun from painkiller quite a bit

...but i had as much fun with the spear gun from the first aliens versus predator.

dunno why but i seem to like pinning people to walls a lot

I liked the pistol from Splinter Cell. I like the pistols from most games as long as they aren't too weak.
