Napoleon is a technically superior game but with all the world-spanning global imperialism sucked out. Haven't played Attila much because it runs like shit for some reason, even though other recent TW titles manage just fine.

Attila is to Rome 2 as Napoleon was to Empire.

Empire is retarded on every levels (with or without Darthlmod) ; get Napoleon, install NTW3 mod, enjoy the campaign but mostly the amazing 4v4 multiplayer battles. Napoleon with the Lordz's NTW3 mod is the closer to proper wargame TW has ever been.

Attila is probably ignoring your dedicated graphics card and running on integrated graphics. I don't know why it does that, but it happened to me too.

NTW3 is a good idea, but I really wish the Lordz made their own game with better performance and a good matchmaking system. As things stand, you spend more time waiting in the lobby, having someone drop or crash as the game loads, waiting in the lobby again, having someone leave because they got tired of waiting, etc. than actually playing the damn thing.
