Might not be anyone left waiting and willing to purchase the game after all the dicking around, but the first Dungeon Traveler's is finally coming to a proper platform that doesn't have egregiously autistic DRM practices:

Not sure if the first game is particularly as good as the other two titles, but I'll probably pick it up in the hopes that it helps the other two titles release on Steam as well.

Haruka Yuzuhara (voiced by Chieko Honda)
Instant sadness when I read these words. Late voice actor who voiced characters like Ple from Gundam ZZ. RIP

Did they censored something to release on Steam?
they probably will - despite the fact that Steam allows full-on porn on their platform - but it should be fine. there are usually unofficial patches that bring back the omitted or obscured content.

well base game was very short

half of my party did not even reach lvl 30 yet

time for postgame now

so far its pretty much same game as 2 and 2-2 but some annoying features such as need to capture monsters with items and no different slot for monster card / accessory --> you pretty much never use monster card since accessories are superior

nearly finished this one but can't be arsed to grind levels for postgame final boss (floor 20) Im lvl 48~ now and I would guess I would need to grind 20-50 levels

save this game for last its the worst one in the series, 2 and 2-2 have everything better. dunno which 1 I prefer more probably 2-2

other than postgame final boss fuckness this one is the easiest in the series and the shortest (24h not including 1 extra area + final floor)

problem with this series is that classes between games are pretty much identical and mechanically all games are very similar, 2-2 added some extra layers though

6/10, 2 and 2-2 8/10

bro, you missed half the game's content. The real funhouse areas are the tower and the cathedral

actually it's very lenient imo. The sequel was much harder on this aspect, here the only notable class/party door is the very last one. Up unto that point I never had the feeling in 1 that it restricted my party choices too much, it's usually something like "drag a sniper into this corridor until you unlock the shortcut, then you can come back with the main party". By the time you even see a party door leveling one of your benched characters to 30 is a matter of minutes
