So the takeaway from Crispy's post is the game is good enough to write a thesis on but not good enough to pay for.

Wut? HBAO costs me a couple fps and I play this on a toaster.

I wasn't aware AMD cards were known to be bad at HBAO. Good to know that is not the case.

I was frankly surprised the card didn't outright blow up when I enabled nvidia features.

I have two responses for you; choose wisely:

1) No, the point of this thread is that if you want to showcase your ATI video card's ability to run the Nvidia feature HBAO+ then definitely buy The Witcher 3.

2) If you consider my post to be a thesis, then this game is perfect for you.
