The group has been slowly declining for a long time now. No Kickstarter fever to sustain our need to bitch about games, and almost no multiplayer happening ever.

I reckon part of the problem is that whenever we decide to play multiplayer, it's on an ad-hoc basis, 'hey bros what should we play today', and then we end up discussing what game to play until there's no more time to actually do it. The solution I propose is to actually plan a bit ahead of time.

I'm willing to make sure I've got some free time this coming weekend. Let's figure out a game to play a bit of, and revitalize the group.

This isn't organizing, no set in stone hours or whatnot, just deciding a game a decent number of people would be up for playing. It's been done in the past, it can be done again.
