Assuming Medieval 1 has been tweaked to work on 64 bit versions of Win 7/8/10 without a hitch, I dare say it's definitely worth the price of admission. It's pretty much impossible to get it to run properly on modern systems without resorting to virtual machines.

There's a Shogun 1 mod for Med 1 iirc, so you might save yourself a few yurocucks by checking that out beforehand.
