No, his girlfriend browses these forums. Then she goes and informs him of significant events.

Yes, my girlfriend showed them to me the other night, she loved them, and so did I. Kudos to whoever did them, much appreciated.

Grab the Codex by the pussy Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Dead State Divinity: Original Sin Project: Eternity Wasteland 2 Codex USB, 2014 Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Pathfinder: Kingmaker Pathfinder: Wrath
I hope he knows that if he screws up Wasteland 2 and the upcoming KS-Obsidian project, this creepy "love" will do a 180* turning into the biggest hate since Todd and Herve combined.

In the mean time, I'm going for a 24h water torture for even thinking that MCA could do wrong.

-How things are going with your boyfriend?
-Wonderfully, even if I discovered that I have a strong competition.
-Understandable, he's so handsome, who is it, Brenda, that slutty blond?
-No, a website.
-What, he has so many girls after him that they made a fan site, like some kind of a rock star?
-Well, no, you see, there is this RPGCodex, with a lot of guys appreciating his work.
-Oh, it's work then, don't worry, it's normal.
-Err...not exactly, you see, they photoshop his photos with glittering hearts and the likes.
-Do you mean like teen girls with a crush?
-Yes, like that.
-And they are all nerds?
-Sorta.

wait, it wasn't obvious? The first magazine image had the site's name on there for crying out loud

aside from the fact that I had to pick the background for these quickly off google image search and crop them and do manual dodge-burning and shit, I don't think anyone actually cares about the difference

unless you think running his images through the site's filters long enough to come up with monoclean results worthy of my codex bros is insincere or something
:mca:

wait this is a ploy to get more images off me isn't it

I'm on to your tricks now OSK

edit: removed first crap example, funnily enough I also did this quite a few times with the first two batches

This whole "MCA worship" shtick is getting kinda old. Maybe it's time to stop before it gets even sillier?

The expectations are so unreasonably high that this is unfortunately bound to happen.

One of the most annoying things about Avellone for me was his constant TALKING about how things should be and good or great design philosophies and ideas - then seeing him involved in very limited ways in actual design of Obsidian games that were not exactly up to par with his thoughts on game design.

It really got aggravating at some point, seeing all that dissonance.

Hopefully, NOW... with Wasteland 2 merely chucking away he will use the opportunity to put his words into something awesome actually happening.
:salute:
