I have BG EE on Steam and it's just EE.

While my CDs still work great I was considering buying BG and BG2 again on GOG. I hear if you buy EE you get access to the original version as well.

However, here's my question:
Is the original version only English version or does it include various language versions? I'd like to have the Polish version.

I have both BG EEs on GoG and they come with OG version with full Polish dub available.

You have to to redeem the code separately after buying the EE.

Good to know, thanks! I'll just wait for a sale then. I'd have preferred not to have to buy the EE even if the price was the same though.

You could e-mail GOG support to delete EEs after you redeem the OGs.

I had 2 versions of Wasteland 2 littering my library and they were kind enough to remove 1 of them.

No need to ask GOG to delete it from the library. If I remember correctly you can just hide it.

BG original is 10x more valuable than EE simply for the fancy and prestigious UI.

Got'em on sale, also PST. In all cases buying EE also grants classic version, which is cool, I don't care about EE at all, just wanted classics. The only drawback is Beamdog gets my money.
