Does anyone know similar game, where you manage a building or a single facility like Sim Tower does?

The theme series come to mind. You know, theme park, theme hospital. Maybe airport tycoon, though I didn't like that one. Zoo tycoon, rollercoaster tycoon.

Theme Hospital and that Sim Farm game. There was also this other game where you managed a space station, can't remember the name though.

Sure there are countless others as well. I also believe there was another 'Sim Tower' style game which was far more advanced. Can't recall that name either at the moment though.

Ah, found it. It's called Yoot Tower.

theres a carbon copy of the game sim tower by the name of yoot tower, i bought it but never played it, you could try that maybe

Divinity: Original Sin 2
Play Startopia, kind of like DK2 but in a space station. Excellent game.

Yoot tower is actually a direct sequel to SimTower and done by the same guy.

i read about a game (maybe here?) like 6-12 months ago. it was being made by a UK development team, and it was a spiritual successor to sim-tower. it looked pretty sweet, but now i cant find anything about it, nor remember its name.

any help?
