Blobert, you can already do all that right now if people order form you directly. You can go bankrupt and run off with the money. However if intent to do so is shown you go to jail.

No, you don't run off with the money when you go bankrupt. You already spent the money. Maybe a good part of this money was spent for your salary but as long as you are not the owner of the company or have your own money invested in the company (meaning you are only ceo) you can keep the salary. And you don't go to jail if you are bankrupt, the company gets closed and everything of value that the company has gets sold for damage control. If you order a house and the building company gets bankrupt in the process before your house is built good luck getting your money back (or a completed house). That's life.
