Holy crap, was there some kind of study done that shows the IGN audience can't stand more then a .21952 second interval in between words?

So either you can diplomicize the enemy into submission, or enemies are killable even with 0 improvement in combat skill. Take your pick.

What has Fallout 3 story got to do with 1 & 2 the same way NV has to do with 3? Is Fallout: NV set in the China? Should TES V setting be in the Imperial Province just like TES IV and have a common story?

I am genuinely curious.
