I noticed I accidentally made some of those avatars a bit too big. I'll resize them later, but only if you guys agree to add them.

He ain't of royal blood and Bismarck is 10 times more awesome than him so he's the only exception to the rule.

So he counts.

I recognized all of the Russian Emperors, King George V of Britain (that ironic fish stare is unmistakably English), Chinese Empress Cixi, and Hirohito/Yoshihito of Japan. The other monarchs are pretty damn unremarkable and hard to recognize without looking up the name. Except for Bismark, who isn't a monarch.
