Clearing Meduna's SAM site

Barry only suffered light wounds, thus no time will be wasted. Time to head straight for the critical target the SAM site at Meduna is, and waiting too long will mean sunrise too. And facing tanks at daylight sounds like the type of battle that should be avoided if possible.

This is definitively going to be much more complicated than the Bloodcat Arena.

The Kodex Kool Krew sneaks through the darkness, heading northwest instead of towards the well lit entrance of this heavily defended SAM site. They are attempting to find a way to kill some of its defenders quietly.

A bastard tries to surprise Ulminati with tear gas, unaware of the fact he was already with a gas mask, and he falls rapidly after the failure.

Barry asks for EXTREME Brain to let him blow up a tank for a change, and his method is definitively far more manly, EXTREME COCK COMMANDER than the Estonian methods. He boldly sneaks very near to the tank that lies just next to the recently destroyed one, plant two C1 explosives with remote detonators, and sneaks back to safety.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Now Skyrider can move right into Meduna, and considering Ulminati's sidearm just ran out of ammo, he'll definitively want that automatic and suppressed Russian sniper that Gasket is carrying now, and speaking of equipment, Barry found lots of mortars and popamole health regen in a cache inside the SAM site building, no tank will last much time with them around. Meduna now has only three sectors left before the palace itself.

The decisive battle is coming. Deirdranna's reign of terror will end soon.

Mortars may make the game too easy, but man, it sure felt good if you can score one and trigger that sort of massive attack from Deidranna forces. Sniper spot, shell lands, people die, survivors get sniped. Simply beautiful and hiring a few MERCs to carry shells for me. Unbeatable.

mortars against tanks is completely OP. And fucking reinforcements should be more random IMO or something.

Mortars against ANYTHING is OP'ed. XD But I do enjoy the terrain destruction it could bring. I really love this game when it lets me blow stuff up, 'enemy spotted behind the walls.' Anti tank that fucker.

And for that, a very Codexian man and a degenerate drug addict: Larry Roachburn, are hired.

Now there are only two sectors left before the Palace itself, the final battle is near and with the Airport in hands, supply will arrive right there. About time as an order is sent for an AUG A3 assault rifle, more cold-loaded ammunitions and some 7.62x25mm ammo for Ulminati's SMG which is currently empty.

The visible level of interest has diminished lately, and besides, I don't want this to end too soon because it's probably at most 4 or 5 updates left.

Update coming this Sunday. Expect counter-offensives as the Deidranna forces won't just wait while the mercenaries train militias and await for the fresh reinforcements to arrive and for some new weapons purchased from Bobby Ray's to do so as well.
