Please stop linking from WorthADumbass. Seriously, this guy contradicts himself almost every single video. On one video he complains about X-Ray vision and gives it a thumb down, on the next video he gives thumbs up to Overwatch. On one video he complains about dumbed down gameplay, yet he praises Skyrim for its combat just because it's an FPS. He calls Dark Souls repetitive because all you have to do is dodge all the time, while thumbing up most FPS games even though you are supposed to do the same in them.

Why is this guy even a reviewer.

You know, he is not a professional game critic, he is just an average Joe trying to convey his opinion through videos which got surprisingly popular. Go and critic polygon or IGN channels which should be unbiased and professional.

I've watched a few of his reviews and I think he's wrong on quite a lot of other games, but he's a likeable enough guy and you can see the grain of truth in most of his gripes. Now because I'm from England and live about 80 miles down the road from where this guy originates from (but a world away), I can tell in his voice that though he sounds forthright and opinionated, even when he argues with other people, he is not actually being stubbern about stuff, his ranting and raving, swearing and calling people twat, is just the typical way Northerners go about having a reasonable conversation.

Time to talk about my favorite aspect of this game : showing you the goods. This is Scott Ryder, the new rising star in the porn industry. As a professional, Scott will fuck his way right through the galaxy, leaving his mark in new deep worlds to utterly ravage and exploit. I decided to make these rag dolls fly away as the desert that is my emotional life had a high level inhospitable creature eating my consciousness away. Mass Effect turdomeda, can't wait to see what's in stores for your uncooperative mako dick (nothing good but it will feel good nonetheless).

Been writing these pearls on the youtube trailer comments. None of the plebs are getting it. I recommend the following exercise : watch a shitty Mass Effect video, think of yourself living alone in a dark room for weeks (if this isn't the case already), then imagine that you are replying to the commentator who spouts off his shit with his nasal voice over the action-packed, emotionally thrilling whatever the fuck. Just grind down those emotional cords ; break them if possible. Ranting off about the bug eyes is a good start, but you gotta point out the whole insectoid facet of this whole affair. Cockroaches everywhere. All around. Crawling in your mouth as you open it in ecstasy playing the next Mass Effect Turdomeda (I'm going to go Turdomeda for a long while here) ; just open that mouth and let the goods in, the insects in the orifices, my cum too of course, just all over this fucking bullshit

The RPGKKKodex is a wretched hive of scum and villainy, but it's the only place on the interwebs to get decent opinions on games. Roll with the punches and laugh at yourself.

Besides, Bioware and EA do suck; that's just science.

There are more productive threads in retardo. This is just a circlejerk between a couple of Kodex Kool Kids showing their disdain for the latest action-adventure-piece-labelled-RPG to show how prestigious they are. This is not a decent opinion on games. This is mob mentality and trying to fit in.

Sure there's lot to criticize. Character proportions are off, animations (especially facial ones) are meh or terrible, dialogs are very weird, voices and voice acting is mediocre to bad. All this has been pointed out over the last how many pages? Has to be around 100 now. I completely agree with this critique after playing the trial.

But when somebody brings up comparison to previous titles in level design and tries to bash Andromeda it's just pretentious. Hell, ME series has probably the worst level design I've seen in games.

So no, I'm not defending Bioware or Andromeda, but pointing out that they shat out turds of games before this one.

Maybe people who praise the old Mass Effect games while bashing MEA should put down their nostalgia glasses and go have a reality check by replaying them.

No it's not edgy or try hard what we are doing. This is a video game forum and we are all customers, if a game company makes a bad product, they deserve to be exposed, if they constantly make bad products and operate bad anti- consumer business practice, shilling DLC to chisel the customers and removing content to sell as Pre-Order bonus' (the worst example I've ever seen was the Prothean squadmate in ME3)

Video game developers have being getting away with murder for years, because most of their customers are fucking numbskulls who think that pre-ordering something and buying a season pass is something to be proud of. No other industry I can think of gets away with promising the world and delivering a painted potato and such awful business practices, while it rips off their customers who are so dumb they lap it up and want to be friends with the developers and worship them like Gods.

All the while the supposed watchdog of the gaming companies and consumer advocate, the games media is a paid up hype machine advocate peddling this snake oil while running banner ads for the games. There is no other industry that gets away with this and it's high time these people are held to account.

I'm a builder and we get shat on constantly by the media, just look at how many programs there are on TV about builders from hell. I saw an article the other day in the Mail where a couple had moved into a new build and was blaming the builders for their washing maching dancing across the floor. This was nothing to do with the builders at all, because whoever delivered and installed the washer hadn't removed the transit bolts, yet that wasn't mentioned in the article it just shat on builders.

So your wrong this thread isn't a ciclejerk, it's justice. Bioware need to be held to account and judged on their work, thats fair and it's just and it applies to every other industry, so why do you want to give this pile of crap a free pass?

You're so fucked up with your video game Stockholm syndrome that you even acknowledge all the critcisms, but yet still drink the kool aid and attack the critics and say the games fine if you ignore all the terrible parts and remember the old Mass effect...The game is a joke and deserves to be mocked

My Kodex fu reveals that, since this game is though of poorly by the mainstream masses by the looks of it, it will soon be praised by the Kodex as a hidden if unpolished gem.

I want this game to tank so bad that it becomes freeware in 10 months and then I can splice it together with added disturbing sound effects and swing music, while keeping the original dialouge And make a 3-4 hour movie and doing slow mo cuts to the faces and adding in internal monolouges and flashback memories of earth in the 1950's....

...Basically imagine David Lynch doing a recut of this.
