PC Game World has an interview with Brian Gladman of Dreamcatcher about Harbinger, the action RPG they're releasing soon. Here's a taste:

How does Harbinger differ from other RPG releases out there now?

[Brian] Well, foremost, there are no goblins or orcs or mana or magic! The sci-fi setting is, as far as I know, pretty unique for an Action/RPG right now.

The art direction is also something that really sets the game apart. I can guarantee you?ve never seen anything like Harbinger before.

I also think the dynamic, event-driven storyline is pretty cool. You can play the game as each of the three main characters, and not only will the gameplay experience be different, but the storyline is presented slightly differently for each character. And, decisions you make will impact on the story you get. For example, if you decline a particular quest, you might have an easier time finding and fighting an end-level boss later on.

That's definitely a nice feature in an action RPG, bosses that scale to your abilities.
