There's a fairly decent review of Prince of Qin over at Invisible Dream. They give the game a score of 80%.

"If you’re looking for a unique, action-packed role-playing game, then this would certainly be a PC game to consider. If you’re looking to battle werewolves, zombies, and other ghoulish beasts, then perhaps you might want to look into RPGs with the Dungeons and Dragons stamp of approval. Combined with nice graphics, an interesting storyline, a very awesome soundtrack, and pure Diablo-like action, Prince of Qin should be placed among the ranks of Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale. I would definitely advise that you check out the demo first before buying this game just in case the historical aspect hits too close to home."
I *will* pick a copy of this up soon....
