Gaming CoZmos have posted their revoew of Harbinger, giving it three stars. Here's a snip:

That?s not to say everything is rosy once you get your fixed saved games back from Silverback. There is almost no replay value to Harbinger once you?ve finished the game with one of the characters. There are some differences in quests from one character to another, but not many. Certainly not enough to go through the game again, unless you want to find out what each character?s best weapons are for the big showdown at the end. Of course, Diablo didn?t have much replay value either, once you?d beaten it. Add to that the gross lack of weapon damage information available anywhere and you end up with what could have been a pretty good game that has been made into a mediocre, but fairly entertaining, one.

Diablo 2 had replay value in something Harbinger really failed to have, and that's a character system with options. Random levels and creatures helped a bit in replay for Diablo 2 as well.
