None that I now. But they do have several interesting ones. Daiajuki seems to be similar to BBA. There are also other hrpgs set in the same (or alternate version of it) universe that Rance.

You have the Toushin Thoshi series for example, where you combat in arenas and get pussy. Unfortunately suffers from the ''Protagonist not being Rance'' syndrome. I haven't really played many of their games beyond the Rance series.

If you check you will find plenty of interesting games, but nothing like the Sengoku Rance.

Just a quick update on Rance.

Rance VI seems to be at 51% (a bit stalled, but they are working on other shit too)

Another (secret) project by the same group (probably Rance 5D) 36%

Rance 3 done by a chick ('dexian girl?) 20%.




When (If!!) they are finished, I will LP the fuck out of those. If someone else wants to work on it, wait for 3 and 5 before 6 for the sake of continuity.

No, I tried it before I even heard of Sengoku Rance but didn't come far. I decided that if they were going to translate it, some time in the near future, then might as well not spoil myself.

Shortly after arriving at the Wind Forest, Myra joins up with Lenardo, an old scientist who's hunting for the Reincarnation, a legendary flower whose scent is said to have the power to bring the dead back to life...

Sounds like unique characters. Seems to be more like Arc the Lad than Final Fantasy Tactics.
