It depends. The party make up in BG2 requires 2-3 mages, 2 healers, a thief, and two tanks. But these classes can be dueled or multi-classed. Not really much of a need for a pure thief anymore so if you submit one make sure he is dueled or multi. Paco is a mage so that takes one of those positions away but mages tend to die suddenly. Tanks last the longest because of the HP so there is not much turnover there. Think I have had only 4 pure tanks (The Barbarain, the two Paladins , and now Morcar) the entire LP. Of course we don't have a single Paladin in the reserve list now and there is going to be an awesome sword coming that is only usable by them.

If you look at our current lineup we have five tanks:
Paco: Berserker
Morcar: Fighter
Mico: Fighter
marroned: Berserker
Thggr: Ranger

Two Mages:
Alias
Paco

Two Clerics:
marooned
Thggr

One thief:
Mico

That's ten roles with 6 people. Everyone does more than one thing except Alias and Morcar.

BTW there is some upcoming turnover.

I need to reign his narcosis in a bit. Made him a little to much like the first DP. Will work on that.

The sword might also be usable by a certain fighter/thief with 'use any item' ability, if he survives long enough to learn it.

I noticed the resemblance, but it didn't bother me. A little change might be for the best, though.
