Sticky topics somehow don't appear on the top of the forum anymore. Lolwut? Is this only my problem or does anyone else have this too?

Until your account has "passed" your posts will only be visible to yourself (and moderators) until they are approved. Give us a week to get around to approving / deleting / ignoring your mundane opinion on crap before hassling us about it. Once you have passed the moderation period (think of it as a test), you will be able to post normally, just like all the other retards.

It kinda sucks that "Display topics from previous:" is set to 3 months by default. Is there any way "All topics" can be made the default option or do I have to set it manually every time I enter a subforum?
EDIT. It looks like Guests also have 3 months as the default option. Annoying.

Also, shouldn't this, uhm, innovation be made more obvious to whoever browses the subfora -- like, shouldn't "Display topics from previous:" be placed on top, not at the bottom?

Why exactly would you need to have 10 years of threads displayed every time you load a forum?Crooked Bee said:

All that's good for is morons downloading the whole Codex and crawlers overloading the server merrily crawling the entire Codex history over and over again every few days.
Stickies not showing and old threads with new replies will be fixed, no need to start slitting your wrists over that.

Honestly, it really sucks for the Playground, as topics can run on for months and months.
If Taluntain and DU had put more into the server upkeep than an occasional strip of duct tape and an extra brick or two to help prop it up, this wouldn't be happening!
