For those who either have trouble getting M&M 6, 7 or 8 running in modern Windows OS or who simply want a shitload of bugfixes, few features, modding tools for this trilogy go HERE.

I was not even aware of Greyface's patches. Apparently he took Mok's patches and built on them.

The MM8 patch adds an unfortunate bug where treasure chests get automatically replenished. While the GrayFace patch is ESSENTIAL if you ever want to complete the Wasp Nest on a newer computer, I'd advise a multiple installation so that you can move your saved games between versions.

Yeah they're good. Things like mouselook and so on are great conveniences but the best thing is that you no longer need to fiddle with obscure Windows settings to get the games to run. MM7 was also unplayable pre-Mok/Greyface due to sounds being completely messed up on XP and up.
