Sure hope that pagan nomads would have mechanics distinguishing them from Vikings, the marketable pagans.

Also, will they create titles that were no longer in use in 1066 (ie. East Francia, West Francia) or would just stick with the easier France-Germany dichotomy.

He confirmed also mongol stuff at later dates, it seems a much better dlc than i expected it to be , more ambitious than a viking non atttrition doom stack. The earlier date is great, but nothing historically accurate fro 200 year is a bit sad. Now how much you bet pagans will play like hordes in EU3 ? Constant warfare, mucch slower tech advancement , and rebellions at every successions.

So the map will be the same regardless of the earlier start date? I mean, if the starting map of 1066 is used in the 800´s whats the point?

Titles/holders will be done for an 867 start, just not for the years between then and 1066.

Hey Bros, I couldn't find some reliable map of 867, so I took low quality photo of my history atlas, with the map of Europe between 823 and 907. It's in potato but you will get the overall picture.

If you need some deciphering, ask.
Hey I have that historical atlas! Bought it when I was last in the old country 6 years ago.

What is with Paradox's aversion to Jews in CK2?

Too polemic.

So what?
What's up with Paradox games being completely devoid of Jews? Ins't that exclusion? They were very important in history, after all.
As far as I understand, the real reason has always been that they're extremely paranoid about anti-semitism accusations. Hearts of Iron actually has the largest degree of this, as there's not a word about Jews in the events of the series, and more visibly they have a long tradition of removing any posts containing a swastika flag for Nazi Germany. Mods can include the juice tho, and Victoria 2 has Jewish pops of both Ashkenazi and Sephardic flavor (some countries like Austria even have a fairly high chance of getting THE JEWS as their Capitalists) plus you can make a decision to give Israel cores in Palestine state (after 1.2 patch).
