Kicked it up on Octopus Overlords, OP Turtle.

As title states, NWN2 is $36.99 (I believe from their brick & mortar stores too, but we don't have any here...) at Fry's online store, outpost.com...

I figured that the price was worth posting a topic for. Also note I'm not sure how long they'll have that price for either and must admit that I am sorely tempted, but I'm full up on games ATM.

Codextisement - n. An advertisement of a product, service, or something that costs money on the Codex.

EDIT: Oh damn... I didn't notice that. This goes to show that I am not a morning person.
