One of the best. A truly original setting, as one would expect from Doug TenNapel (Earthworm Jim). Check out the sequel Skullmonkeys as well. It's not an adventure game but it's a really fun platformer.

It's awesome, but more due to unique atmosphere and general twistedness, than puzzles - those are mostly trivial.
