Morrowind plugins

I recently bought Morrowind and am enjoying it immensely. I've heard lots about the vaunted Elder Scrolls Construction Set and the numerous cool plugins created with it. I'm wondering if anyone could suggest a good place to pick up some good stuff that would add some cool stuff to the game.

That's definitely where I get mine. But a warning: if I were you, I would try to keep my game as "virgin" as possible until you finish the main quest. Many of the plug-ins are unbalancing, to say the least, and some of them will seriously destabilize (and by this I mean many more frequent crashes) your game.
