Iga shinobi plebs doing spec ops for prestigious samurai - I need help

So, players are ninja from Iga village in sengoku Japan. They comprise a team that do missions for whoever pays good. The game will be a hack for Blades in the Dark but could easily fit OSR or something. I need ideas for:

- Factions: at least 3 each of "government", "underworld" and "weird" types.

- Character roles: at least 5, related to ninja of course.

- Map of Iga or Koga region, preferentially showing the neighboring clans in the era. If unavailable, at least some cool map in feudal japan.

- What supernatural elements would fit? I would be more interested in shit that's related to the era and culture. So, maybe Oni e Kamis, but no orcs ans elves for sure. Lol

Government factions:
- neighboring samurai clans (say, Rokkaku, Kitabatake and Ikeda),
- village internal families (say, Ono, Hattori and Momochi)
- Sakai guild merchants (they sell muskets and blackpowder)
- Peasant/farming normal folk village

Underworld factions:
- Ikko ikki (fanatic anti-establishment monks) community
- wakou pirate/trafficker band
- ronin scoundrels gang

Weird factions:
- Christian sect
- Buddhist temple
- local kami/spirit in the woods
- Oni hidden village in the mountains

Demons that eat people through their ear, filling the skin with themselves and replacing them. Whatever profession the replaced person had, the demon will work harder, longer, faster, and more conscientiously at it. Unable to prevent themselves to drink unto drunkenness if offered alcohol, although alcohol tolerance is higher than before. They'll start buying alcohol on the sly and hiding it at home, drinking heavily every evening. Their dicks fall off after 3 days - they'll take pains to hide this fact, as they do not want to be discovered. They also are unable to jump. No one knows why these demons do this, or where they come from, but it is speculated that they do it just because they like drinking and can't do so without a body, or perhaps their kind are contemptuous of idleness and can't abide shoddy workmanship. Maybe they're just evil and hate humans.
