How to View Images in Posts

I can't be arsed into changing my browser's options for the sole purpose of looking at images on that stupid imageshack service, since other sites I use go apeshit if I turn off referrers.

You can just open it in a new tab.

You should be able to set it on a per-site basis. That's what I do with ImageShack to make it work from here.

If I open it in a new tab it transforms the original url into http://imageshack.us/img/blocked_domain.png

I use Opera and I did disable the 'send referrer information' only for Codex, but it doesn't seem to work, should I tinker with something else? Thanks anyway

Anyway, I don't get why a bunch of people are getting this through Steam (according to their forums), when it's already available at GoG and DRM free... Idiots.

I use Opera too. You need to go to the ImageShack site and disable referrer information there. Not RPG Codex.

1) Go here: http://imageshack.us/
2) Right click anywhere on the page and click on "Edit Site Preferences..."
3) Click on the Network tab.
4) Untick "Send referrer information"

Done.

For anyone not willing / unable to do the above: open new tab, copy the url of the image and paste it into said new tab (don't just open it into a new tab, as that still lets imageshack realize you're coming from the dark depths of the internet)

Which sites in particular? I've never had that problem myself on Firefox with setting referrers to 1.
