- KotOR 1/2 with Affect Mind and Dominate Mind

Vampire: Bloodlines lets you mind control when you play as ventrue.

In Divinity 2 (not OS) you could not control but read minds.

- Any example of poorly written persuasion passed checks in RPGs.

Shame that Underrail hasn't a single (to my knowledge) thought control skill check.

Wizardry 8 allows to read NPC's minds.
