CRPG using spells and magic items to solve problems

Love RPGs like Divinity OS, Might and Magic, Elder Scrolls that have more spells then simply offensive and healing. Things like Fly and Water Walk and Charm that you can use to solve problems, pass obstacles, etc. Same goes for items with magic properties that allow for this.

Are there any other CRPGs out there that allow for this amount of freedom in problem solving? I know a lot of RPGs have choices in dialog, but I'm talking more in the action/adventure/exploration parts of the game.

Appreciate it.
