Aside from Kana: Little Sister -which is quite excellent- Crescendo is also a very nice game. Pretty weird art style, but you get used to it after a while. Good voice acting (thankfully not dubbed), lovely high school romance and plenty of adorable melancholic drama. Also, some tasteful (?) rape, although it is probably only available in one of the storyline branches. Highly recommended if you are into that kind of stuff.
Divi Dead is another gem that rarely gets mentioned. Not perfect, of course, but very entertaining and fairly suspenseful at times. Sensitive players might find it a bit offensive and unpleasant, but then again, it is an adult horror title. Experienced and jaded players will probably find it a bit tame. I often replay it for the story and atmosphere. The rape scenes outnumber the consensual sex scenes by a fair margin.
