Until your account has "passed" your posts will only be visible to yourself (and moderators) until they are approved. Give us a week to get around to approving / deleting / ignoring your mundane opinion on crap before hassling us about it. Did you equip the ring?
I, too, thought brofists have been disabled for lowly newfags, but then I made a startling discovery: if I stick to threads started by prestigious members in the News section, the codex rewards me by letting me brofist. But as soon as I move to another, less prestigious section, the codex taketh the privilege away. Obviously, we're dealing with a budding AI of most refined judgement.
My only wish is that the AI also learns that Playground threads are prestigious (less susceptible to shit-brofisting) as well, and extends the divine gift of liking to fine LP threads that deserve it. If that happens, perhaps it can then focus on defining a RPG next...
