Not really. Battlefront(the CM guys) is merely publishing it - 1C(the sturmovik guys) is the main developer. 1C's former publisher deal with Codemasters got screwed so they switched to BF, which is kinda ironic because their game was though to be the main competitor for the next series of CM games.
