Nah, they stopped even bothering with the argument that it prevents/impedes a certain amount of piracy. Of course forgetting that the majority of sales nowadays occurs via DirectToDrive, STEAM and other shit.
Another win for the fight against piracy and another loss for customers.
(I don't care though. High speed internet with flat rate and several terrabyte drives make acquiring this just a question of how long I want to wait for all the dlc to come out...)

Well, Shogun 2 full package has a bit less than 30 gigs after install. Seems like all them HD FMVs for each faction have to fit in somewhere.
