RPG Vault has posted a questionnaire on what two traits in Lionheart do the developers like the most, featuring answers from Black Isle folk and Reflexive folk. Here's one answer from Dan Ruskin:

Fast Metabolism helps the player to heal without potions or magic and I can definitely live with the negatives to Poison and Disease resistances. Since I go the healing rate route, I also choose the Regeneration racial trait for Feralkins. I still only lose Poison and Disease resistance to further improve my healing rate.

Did I read this right? Two traits that do the same thing?

Ah well, not very original, but I agree with Dan's philosophy. Screw potions and magic, I'll get my hit points back the old fashionned way - I'll regenerate them!
