The chaps at <A href="http://www.gamespy.com/">GameSpy</a> have put forth to multiply <a href="http://www.gamespy.com/reviews/august03/lionheartpc/">their review</a> of <a href="http://www.blackisle.com">Black Isle</a> and <a href="http://www.reflexive.net">Reflexive</a>'s latest and greatest CRPG, <a href="http://lionheart.blackisle.com">Lionheart</a>. The reviewer scores it at <b>65%</b>, which is gosh darned low for a <A href="http://www.gamespy.com">GameSpy</a> review - especially for a game that uses <A href="http://www.gamespyarcade.com">GameSpy Arcade</a>! Here's a sample:

<blockquote>The good part is that most of the quests can be approached from different angles. The game forces you to choose sides at every turn, and demanding players to make seemingly tough decisions makes for compelling gameplay.

But then it all falls apart.</blockquote>

This seems to sum up most everyone's opinion. I wonder if <b>Lars</b> is listenning.

Spotted this in <b>drunkdwarf</b>'s <a href="http://forums.interplay.com/viewtopic.php?t=28763">thread about it</a> on the <a href="http://forums.interplay.com/">Interplay forum</a>.

Not to mention that you're choosing sides when you have absolutely no idea why or what the consequences might be. Saying you like beggars or thieves to one guy should not force you to kill every beggar or thief you come across in an absurdly huge sewer system (that seems to be bigger than the city itself, but nevermind)

Yes; but e.g. if you side with the Inquisition, you get some more info on the problem. For me it's just always strange that a whole guild can't do what can be easily done by my char and Cervantes.

EDIT: And I'm wondering if the sewers in Caladon weren't bigger than the city, too.

I know the Tarant sewers had rooms bigger than some of the aboveground mansions.
