    Hi I'm bit confused if ToEE engine works as supposed to (D&D 3.5). The problem is with Web spell radius, which is one square larger than 4 squares (20 feet). In vanilla or Co8 edition file (\data\rules\spells\531 - Web.txt) specifies "radius_Target: 20", I assume it's in feet. Testing below...
