  1. Preview The screenshots Bethesda didn't want you to see

I can see why they didn't want anybody to see them. It looks like the game was running with a very resource friendly configuration. I can't see any shadows, the textures are of questionable quality and if I'm not mistaken there's no AA at all. I highly doubt the finished game will look nearly as...
  2. Neuro Hunter? Huh?

Sloth must have eaten a lot of carrots since "The Goonies".
  3. ARRGGHHH....! MY EYES! THEY BURN..!

Seriously, are you gonna remove the background image from the content cells? It's the only thing about the new design that sucks beyond personal preference, it's just hard to read.
  4. Yup...

My general disgust aside, I think you should at least remove the background image from the content tables and make it just a plain color. It's kinda hard to read black text on greyish/dark greyish stripes.
  5. ARRGGHHH....! MY EYES! THEY BURN..!

I believe Sol didn't want them to use his design anymore. I still don't know why they went for the "Bleeding Albino". They could have stuck with the old color scheme. Sol probably doesn't have a copyright on blue and grey. Is it planned to add an alternative design later?
  6. Planescape Torment blurb at The Escapist

Are you using Opera? I had the same problem, but switching from "Author Mode" to "User Mode" solved it.
  7. Canceled Games

If memory serves right, Cain wasn't actively involved at all, since he had already left the company by that time. They used bits of his design, though. Uhm, but it has been pointed out to you that Black Isle was not responsible for Fallout. In fact, Fallout 2 is pretty much the best example...
  8. Game News Sacred Underworld patch 2.24 released

Very cool. The addition of this character alone is reason enough to get the expansion. Sadly, the new locations were a big let down for me. They're linear as hell with nothing to explore. They reminded me of those desert caves in the second act of Diablo 2. Bland and boring. But since you can...
  9. Something wicked this way comes..

Just adding style="margin:0px; padding:0px;" to the body tag wouldn't be that much work though.
  10. Something wicked this way comes..

The basic layout is okay, I even like the cholor scheme, but two things are a bit annoying. First: It's been said before, I say it again: No ComicSans please. That font is the Antichrist, really. Second: There seems to be something wrong with the upper corners. In the top right corner I...

  12. Review Sacred gets love from GamersInfo

    Most of them, yes.
  13. Development Info Carsten talks English Fall

I try hard not to sound like an angry twelve year old too often, but Carsten is a constantly lying, disturbingly selfrighteous piece of shit, who deserves nothing but my utter disgust and a kick in the nuts. The german Chuck Cuevas.
  14. New ATI Drivers

hEy am i teh onley 1 who thinx that this is notNEWZ??? Btw, my sister just had a baby. Update the fucking frontpage already!
  15. Review RPGDot meh on Sacred Underworld

I wasn't completely serious about the horses. I percieve them mostly as eye candy too and investing skill points in Horse Riding is a total waste. They're still pretty useful in the beginning though, when heavier armor slows you down too much.
