Fallout Fallout: The Frontier - New Vegas mod set in Portland and full of prosperous content

The idea that there would be a final build put together quickly after removing Zu's content was wishful thinking at best. As others have pointed out it'll take a very long time to replace all of the assets he's made for the game, and this is just taking his contributions in to account and not...

Fallout Fallout: The Frontier - New Vegas mod set in Portland and full of prosperous content

Eh, I think he does about as well as he can with the verifiable information available. He's not completely uncritical either. While he does say that America was intended to be legal he also gets the developers to admit that the way they went about conveying it and the wording behind it is...

Fallout Fallout: The Frontier - New Vegas mod set in Portland and full of prosperous content

It's very far out but the last week has taught me that a lot of people involved with the mod aren't very bright.

So talking with people about the mod in discord, one of them posted something interesting. Don't have any way of verifying this so just take it as second-hand rumor.

Fallout Fallout: The Frontier - New Vegas mod set in Portland and full of prosperous content

It's not something that is completely out of the realm of possibility of a Fallout game, it's just that in combination with all the other bizarrely fetishistic content found in the game it reads like an awkward attempt for a writer to insert their bizarre mind break/slave fetish in to the game...

CD Projekt's Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.0 + Phantom Liberty Expansion Thread

Yeah the EE came with a retranslation and re-recorded some dialogue.

Fallout Fallout: The Frontier - New Vegas mod set in Portland and full of prosperous content

I mean the funniest thing is that there are perfectly in-lore justifications for not being able to join the Enclave. The most obvious being that they are virulent xenophobes who, at best, think that everyone who isn't Enclave is a mutant freak to be subjugated and controlled, and at worst want...

Fallout Fallout: The Frontier - New Vegas mod set in Portland and full of prosperous content

There are already mods to remove the scalies. Imagine having to mod a mod to remove its content and make it more palatable.

Fallout Fallout: The Frontier - New Vegas mod set in Portland and full of prosperous content

Decided to give the mod a shot after hearing all about it. I am genuinely baffled that a team spent so long working on a project that is so heavily focused on the single-worst aspect of the game. And the best thing is they apparently did not build their game around balancing to any one of the...

Wasteland Wasteland 3 + Battle of Steeltown and Cult of the Holy Detonation Expansions Thread

It becomes especially bad since there seems to be a finite amount of armor and weapon mods in the game (unless my game was bugging out and vendors are supposed to restock) unless you experiment with the dismantling perk (even then it's a coin toss on what mods you'll get, and there doesn't even...

Wasteland Wasteland 3 + Battle of Steeltown and Cult of the Holy Detonation Expansions Thread

It might just be me but the pace of the game does feel weirdly lopsided. Feels like there was supposed to be another few hours of content between capturing Victory and confronting Liberty, because as it stands the story feels like it misses a beat.
