It would be most ironic if the teachings became true because Dak'kon believed in them. Or is it only in Sigil specifically where that can happen? Can't remember some of the PS:T lore. Could something that is believed to be true inside Sigil be true inside Sigil while being false to the outside?
No, because Dak'kon was on limbo wasting away with TNO found him, I believe. I think it was Dak'kons doubt that was killing him. So, while they did go to Sigil, Dak'kon got the gyst of his beliefs outside TNO. It was the circle that restored Dak'kon, but TNO didn't place the doubt in his head.

"When in the Fortress of Regrets, talking to the Practical Incarnation reveals that he forged the Circle of Zerthimon owned by Dak'kon. As such the teachings contained within it may not be accurate. The Practical Incarnation says that they may be true, but he doesn't know."

It could be that he spent quite an effort researching about Gith and Zertimon and then wrote a convincingly about the event.
Though slanted to his practical nescecity regarding Dakkon there might have been something true about it, even if it was fabricated, but hey...its Dak'on religion right?
Whats faith for?
