I would have say JA 2 1.13 but only 40/60 hours, it seems too short for me.
Too short for Wiz8 too i think, and while i love that game i'm not sure hearing a dev comment would be interesting (it' a a hardcore but classic blobber design wise).
Arcanum, ToEE are not bad choices but what have not being said already ? in the end not that interesting IMO.
Blood Bowl should be very interesting, it's a very tactical but more importantly original game.
From a design point of view i'm very curious to know what you think about it and it should be interesting/enjoyable for you.
If you go for it read the rules first though.

Remember one quest with a lot of dudes in a warehouse that all gangraped your ass. So I just kited them one by one and killed them and the rest of oblivious. Such a great game!! So much fun!!
