Dunno how the Xbox version works, but for PS3 you'll need the PSN ID (as far as I can tell) to friend a person and then get their pawn.

I've got two:

Vocation: Fighter
A defensive type of character with skills like Shield Drum, Steel Will, Divine Defense, and physical oriented Augments. Fitted with p.good endgame gear, leveled with Fighter and Warrior growth so makes a nice tank.

Level: 10ish
Vocation: Mage
Support type. Has healing and status dispelling, fire affinity and will eventually also get spellscreen (added defense). Please hire this if you're in level range and need a support mage.
