Ok someone in shoutbox was going on about how hard King's Field is and it's impossible and whatever, so I will prove to them that this game is easy. I have beaten all the King's Field games and I am a golden god. We will play it in Japanese because that is how the game is meant to be played and it has less text so it is the preferred choice for speedrunners.

You can sprint but it drains your stamina which reduces attack power. I'll use sprint now since there are no enemies.

This lp was evocative and provocative. It really focused on the inner struggle of the player and used it as a metaphor for the struggle of mankind. You can see the explanation of how running works in the broader context of humans trying to "run" as a species.

11/10 would read again.

It's a shame King's Field isn't much of an RPG. Take that hardcore challenge & darkness and give it more and we'd have a winner. Yes there's Dark Souls, but we need a modern King's Field.
