The Deathwatch are the chamber militant of the Inquisition's Ordo Xenos. So, while they hate Chaos as much or more than your average space marine,* their focus is the alien and ooze threat.

*Aside from the force commander on the Thronum, who is a pariah and thus doesn't really hate.

Ezekiel Hex was a protégé of Silas Marr IIRC, and Nils Aggern most likely has connections to him as well. Add in our protagonists connections with the Calixis Sector (and the Tyrant Star, Marr's latest obsession) and maybe we can look forward to an appearance of that pleasant Inquisitor in this LP as well.
