Well, I donno what you mean exactly, but Dragon age series, witcher series, and mass effect series got sex, or you mean more hardcore?

Any Bethesda game with Mods..
A few NWN1 modules.. uhmm.. That's about all I can think for graphic nudity / sexual content and not just Fade to black stuff.

There is a medieval chad simulator called the witcher, too bad he's a slav though.
