Armor and Penetration now scale up on PotD.
What does that mean exactly?
It means Armor and Penetration scale up on PotD, yes.

Flat +2 Armour and +2 Penetration to all enemies on PotD. The sort of thing that's often criticized here (see D:OS2), but a lot of people in this thread seem to like it.Armor and Penetration now scale up on PotD.

It means that going through game dual wielding maces will work for 70% of encountersArmor and Penetration now scale up on PotD.

My main issue with PoE2's story structure is that it exists just to set up PoE3.
Well, that was hastily optimistic on their part.
Are you fucking shitting me, they pulled another Tyranny?

The patch came out on GOG at the same time as it did on Steam :D
That's nice, GOG users usually have to wait.
Downloading the BIN file starts a download of a file with a smaller size than shown in the GOG page, and when you try to start the installer you get a "file is corrupted" message. Typical GOG. It was the same shit with Witcher 3 for a while. It happens when their servers are overloaded.GOG has been pretty great with patches lately, coming out either parallel to the Steam one or just an hour or two later. The PotD +2 armor/pen thing simply puts pressure on character builds, rather than moment-to-moment gameplay, but that's not bad per se.
So, how would I know the improved encounters are in if I've only cleared the sea cave in the start?
The numeric changes should be obvious, I'm talking about the extra mobs in certain encounters.

There was, I backed at that level and got a season passCan anyone remind me if there was an option to back the fig campaign at such a level that we receive the expansions? I don't remember if they carried that over for the sequel
So I just released my first weapon mod, the unique dagger "Skaen's Kiss", on Nexus. Now I'm better with the edits, I'll make some recipes to the weapon enchantments.
In other news, I spent my day playing with my next mod "The Codex" Trinket and I think I'll release it soon.
