...Planescape Torment which I think is the only Bioware game that aged well...

...Wizardry, Might and Magic and Realms of Arkania, which I find mediocre.

They all tend to lack story or treat it as the third class citizen it is while focusing on the one element that distinguishes video games as video games, the interactivity and gameplay.
