Incline Why The Surge is in the General RPG forum while Dark Souls is in JRPG one?

I mean, if Dark Souls doesn't belong here, why the fuck a game that blatantly copies every single thing that Souls games did (and does it all wrong anyway) does belong in the General RPG forum?

Hell, for all I can say, Dark Souls and its peers doesn't even resemble a JRPG in terms of aesthetics and gameplay.

It's an immigration issue, ya see, if we let Dark Souls over here, then we'll eventually be pressured into letting over others. Eventually the dam will burst and General Rpg will get flooded with weabs and we cannot have that.

Besides, its on the top 70, wtf more do you want?

The JRPG forum has essentially become the JG forum, including any games made by Japanese developers (or even Korean and Chinese developers), regardless of whether the games qualify as RPGs much less as being within the JRPG subgenre.

It's still inconsistent: Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil series, for example, are discussed in the General Gaming forum. The JRPG forum has more concentration of anime lolis, but also features games with more "serious" aesthetics (like Dark Souls or Dragon's Dogma) -- while some games with jrpgs graphics like Elona or Alvora Tactics are discussed in GRPG. Also, for some reason the Emulation sticky is in the JRPG forum.

All in all, I think the RPGs/Shit Jaesun hates is still the most exact format.

PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
it's so I can see threads about actually good Japanese games without being bothered by western decline.
