Yep, the game doesn't look "tactical" at all, but maybe there's some strategy to it? I mean, like how do you equip your troops, in its composition, and maybe in the use of resources? If so, it may even be fun in the sense of "I make my overall game strategy and now I see my troops wreck some shit". Mindless, but kinda fun sometimes.
